fall fruit smoothie

Recently I've been striving to eat cleaner by staying away from packaged, sugary substitutes; and only allowing myself to eat real, whole food. Sadly, committing to this goes against the grain of our culture, and therefore super inconvenient! But a perk of working from home is that I'm able to supplement a breakfast or lunch with a smoothie, which guarantees me one healthy satisfying meal. 

After our Sunday morning trips to the farmer's market I've been testing out different fruit flavor combinations, and I'm sharing the tastiest one with you. What I love most about it is that it tastes like fall in a cup. Plus, it's super simple to make!

• 2 cups of skim milk
• 3 cinnamon plums
• 1/2 cup of blueberries 
• 1 jujubee
• mint leaves 
• ice

Blend and serve!
